What is the delivery time on an order?
For custom tailored items, delivery is approximately 4-6 weeks. Some items such as clergy robes, stoles, paraments, garment bags and baptismal robes are available for immediate shipment.
How do I pay for my order?
A minimum deposit of 50% is required on all custom tailored items when the order is placed. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. When the order is ready to ship, you will be called with the the balance due plus shipping charges. The total due can be placed on the credit card at that time or the order can be sent COD(shipping companies automatically place a COD fee of $12.50 per box, plus shipping charges) and paid for with a Certified Check or Money Order.

When viewing samples, be sure to compare the workmanship on a Thomas robe to other items on the market. We’re sure you’ll agree that our quality exceeds any other robe on the market. How can I be assured the robes will fit?
We have tried to simplify the measuring process as we know it can be quite intimidating. We supply a chart which you can tape on the wall or doorway – 4 feet from the floor. Each member stands with their back to the chart. Simply place a ruler atop their head to the chart to obtain the correct height (in feet and inches). Next we need the chest measurement; this is obtained by putting a tape measure under the arms and around the fullest part of the chest. We have robe length options that you check on the measurement for that informs us if the robes are to be 8” from the floor, ankle or floor length.
There is an additional charge of $2.50 for floor length. Just a word of caution, be sure to consider if the members will be climbing up steps when determining robe length. The majority of our robes are tailored 8” from the floor; however ankle length is very popular.
We have a custom logo, can we put it on our robes?
The answer is yes, we can incorporate your logo onto the robe, stole, or paraments. We ask that you send a copy of the logo so that we can see how intricate it is. The next step is to have it put into a format that it compatible with our embroidery machine. We can inform you on the cost to do this and also the embroidery charge.
Where can I get an order form?
A downloadable order form is available on our website (add link here). Simply print this off and fill it out. It contains all the same information as the order form we would mail to you.
Can I place my order and give my measurements over the phone?
We prefer you mail or fax custom orders. Since we want to get all the details correct, it is better that we have a hard copy to follow. This will eliminate any potential mistakes.
I can’t tell from the swatch card if the colors coordinate with our carpet and pews. Can you help?
The best way to be sure you are getting the most from your investment is to request sample garments. Whether you are uncertain about styles, fabrics or colors. A sample is the best way to make sure colors are the same as they appear in the swatch card. Lighting is an important factor and should be taken into consideration.
