Rush Orders & Important Info
Call for quote on special shipping.
Do NOT place an order on the internet if you need it within a week. This is a RUSH order. If you place a RUSH order on the internet it will slow your order down NOT speed it up. Rush orders placed on the internet will be put on hold while we attempt to contact you by telephone. PLEASE CALL 800-537-2575.
ATTENTION - Don't place your order then go away! For example, if your school will be closed for Spring break, please give a telephone number where you can be reached if we have questions about your order. We can't give special instructions to the carrier (UPS or FedEx), for example we can't let them know your hours of operation or the days you will be closed.
Ordering information: Minimum order of $25 before shipping if using a credit card or minimum order of $10 before shipping if mailing in a check or money order.

Returns and Exchanges: A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns, exchanges or cancellations. No returns on personalized items. Use the RETURN AND EXCHANGE FORM included with every order and enclose any charges due at the time exchanges are made to avoid delays in shipping.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping are subject to change without notice.
Review orders upon receipt. Report discrepancies within FIVE days of delivery.
Samples: A sample cap, gown and tassel of your choice will be shipped on receipt of $29.95 for Matte or Shiny. ($18.00 will be refunded if the sample is returned within 20 days).
Placing Order: You can place your order online, fax or call us at 800-537-2575 with a credit card or mail your order in with a school check or money order. Any personal checks received will be held 3 weeks before processing the order. Visa, MasterCard Discover or American Express are accepted. All orders must be prepaid. Duplicate orders are your responsibility. Official school signed purchase orders accepted; purchase orders accepted at companies discretion.
